Error code
  • 000501 CAP PID overload error
  • 000503 CAP PID reverse error
  • 000504 CAP PID lock error
Occurrence condition
  • 000501 The Cap Drive Motor has been driven more than a predetermined amount, but the sensor cannot detect it.
  • 000503 The Cap Drive Motor is rotating in reverse
  • 000504 The Cap Drive Motor cannot rotate
Assumed cause
  • When the motor rotates in a direction different from the rotation direction (there was a sudden load abnormality, and the motor rotated in the opposite direction due to the reaction force)

  • Power not turn on or motor cannot rotate at all

  • The load of the Cap Drive Motor is more than expected.
