Check the state of paper loading
Check the state of loaded paper.

  • Are the Side cursor and End cursor set correctly?
 Go to step 3 Load the paper correctly

Confirmation of lift-up operation
Install the Cassette when the power is turned on, then check its lifting operation.

  • Judgment: Does the operation complete normally without abnormal sound etc?
 Go to step 4 Replace the Lift Up Motor of the cassette

Check sensor operation
Check the sensor operation using the diagnostic function.

  • Judgment: Does the signal change by loading/ unloading paper in the cassette?

Replace the MCU board

 Go to step 5

Attach sensor and check connector connection

  • Is the sensor installed improperly? Is there any connectors that are not fully inserted?
 Fully insert the connectors

Replace the sensor
