  • 931000 The number of sheets fed by the ADF paper feed rollers is close to the number of sheets for the life of the roller (near end). (Details: Life Management)
  • 931001 The number of sheets fed by the ADF paper feed roller has reached the number of sheets set for the life of the rollers. (Details: Life Management)
Assumed cause
  • 931000 The print count counter has reached the near-end threshold.
  • 931001 The print count counter has reached the end threshold.

  • Clear the service life error from the service support menu on the operation panel and turn off the power.
  • Open the ADF Cover, and replace the ADF paper feed rollers (Pickup Roller Assy and Retard Roller Assy).
  • Turn the power ON.
