Check paper loading status on MP Tray

  • Are the End cursor set correctly?
 Go to step 2 Load the paper correctly

Check sensor operation
Check the sensor operation using the diagnostic function.

  • Judgment: Does the signal change by loading/ unloading paper in the MP Tray?

Replace the MCU board

 Go to step 4

Attach sensor and check connector connection

  • Is the sensor installed improperly? Is there any connectors that are not fully inserted?
 Fully insert the connectors

Replace the sensor
