• 000421 SEL1 PID overload error
• 000423 SEL1 PID reverse error
• 000424 SEL1 PID lock error

#Occurrence condition

• Valve selection motor cannot operate due to large motor load
• Valve selection motor is rotating in reverse
• Valve selection motor cannot rotate

#Assumed cause　

• When the motor rotates in a direction different from the rotation direction (there was a sudden load abnormality, and the motor rotated in the opposite direction due to the reaction force)
• +42V power is not supplied.
• The motor load exceeds the expected
