Error code
- 51 PW Sensor Jam
Occurrence condition
- The PW Sensor does not turn off even after the specified time has elapsed since the Registration Roller is turned on.
Assumed cause
- Foreign objects or pieces of paper in the paper transport path
- The PW Sensor and glass have a dirty surface, have fallen off, or are faulty
- The Registration Roller Clutch has fallen off or is faulty
- The Feed Roller and C1 Separation Roller have a dirty surface, have fallen off, or are faulty
- The Feed Clutch and Feed C1 Pickup Clutch have fallen off or are faulty
- MCU board failure
