Occurrence condition
- Duplex Paper Feed Sensor does not turn on after the specified time has elapsed since re-feeding the paper is started.
Assumed cause
- Foreign objects or pieces of paper in the paper transport path
- The Duplex Paper Feed Sensor has a dirty surface, has fallen off, or is faulty
- Duplex Roller 1, Reversing Roller 1 and 2 are worn out, deformed, have fallen off, or have a dirty surface
- The Duplex Paper Feed Path Paper Feed Clutch has fallen off or is faulty
- Reversal Drive Motor failure
- The Belt Unit is deformed or has failed
- All Drive Motor failure
- MCU board failure
