  • The sub tank does not recover from overflow state.
Assumed cause
  • Connection failure of the connectors/FFCs of the overflow sensor
  • Overflow sensor failure

Visually check the FFCs of the Ink System Unit, and if there is a problem, take the following measures.

    • If there is a half-insertion/disconnection: Reconnect FFC → Execute service support mode No. 5010201.
      *To resolve error flags by running the menu after replacement.
    • If they are damaged, go to step 2.
