- Errors 300000 to 399999 are error codes for firmware malfunction analysis. These errors occur when processing and operations that are not supposed by design are executed inside the firmware program.
- When this error occurs, it returns to the normal state after rebooting.
Also, after rebooting, on the main unit panel,“Restarted to refresh the system.” message is displayed. However, the error code does not appear on the main unit panel, and the history is stored internally.
Therefore, the history can be checked only from Service Status Sheet or the service information portal site.
- If this error occurs frequently, contact the EPSON Local Service Representatives as it is necessary to check the user usage status and to collect information such as firmware version and user logs data.
