# 110401 Automatic Release

Overview

Change the position of the cap unit so that the cap transport parts are not locked.

Execute this menu only when the cap transport parts are locked. If executed in any other case, a fatal error may occur.

Step

1. Start the service support mode.
   
2. Select [11 Troubleshooting and Repair during Initial Ink Charge].
   
3. Select [110401Automatic Release].
   
4. Press [Execution].
   
5. Press [OK].
   
   
6. Turn off the power and try to remove the cap transport parts.

   
   If the lock state cannot be removed, refer to “Head and cap transport parts cannot come off”.

   Note / 補足

   Cap transport parts Open the right door unit and belt unit, and push the handle of the transport parts to the rear.
