Error code
- 034211 Paper width detection failure
Occurrence condition
- Cannot detect the home position sensor (Paper Width Sensor) on the PW Sensor (PW Carriage HP Sensor).
- Carriage of the PW Sensor (Paper Width Sensor) does not move.
Assumed cause
- PW Carriage HP Sensor is dirty, missing or defective
- PW Sensor Carriage Drive Motor and Encoder are dirty, missing or defective
- PW Sensor Unit has fallen off, or is faulty
- MCU board failure
