# Printer Status Information

This printer allows you to check the current firmware version and the latest error histories when printing cannot be made due to Fatal Error or the like.

Types of the error history are as follows. Printer Fatal Errors (The last 3 error histories) Scanner Fatal Errors (The last 3 error histories) System Errors (The last 2 error histories)

#HOW TO CHECK THE PRINTER STATUS INFORMATION

1. Start the printer in the service mode.
   
   • Service mode startup
2. Select “Printer Status Information” (A) from service support mode top menu.
   
3. The printer status information is displayed as shown below.
   
   • (A)：FW version
   • (B)：Error history

   If there is no error history, “---” is displayed.
