Occurs if the specified paper cassette is determined to be not attached.

Check that the paper cassette is correctly inserted.

Check that the paper cassette is not damaged.

 If the error did not occur, go to step 3

Replace the paper cassette

Replace the paper cassette detection sensor

Perform an individual action check and make sure that there is no sensor output error.

  • A50 to A53 Sensor Check

Replace the Main Board Assy. (If the trouble is not resolved after replacing the Main Board Assy, contact the Epson Service Support department.)
