#Adjustment pattern

#Checking target

• A: 1st dot position misalignment, paper skew
• B: Printing start position misalignment
• C: Bi-d Adjust failure (condition: PG1)
• D: Bi-d Band Adjust failure (condition: PG1)

#Judgment method

• A: Is the distance between the horizontal line and the top edge of the paper within 3±1.0 mm.
• B: Is the distance between the vertical line and the left edge of the paper within 3±1.5 mm.
• C: Any overlapping of the upper and lower blocks or any white band in the center patch?
• D: Are the upper and lower lines printed straightly inside the judgment area (inside the dotted line)?

#Remedy

• Perform B51 Print Start Pos. (Rear ASF)(B49 PW SENSOR CORRECT/B50 PRINT START POS. (ASF)/B51 PRINT START POS. (REAR ASF))
• Perform B53 PE Adjust (Rear ASF)(B52 PE ADJUST (ASF)/B53 PE ADJUST (REAR ASF))
• C: B46 BI-D ADJUSTMENT.

• D: B48 BI-D BAND ADJUSTMENT.
