# Cassette Detection Sensor

1. Lift the printer, then remove the Optional Paper Cassette (A).

   
   

   Assembly / 組み立て

   When attaching the Optional Paper Cassette, be sure to align the positioning pins (A) (x2) and the dowels so as to avoid damage to the Drawer Connector (B).

2. Pull the Paper Cassette 2 (A), then remove it from the Optional Paper Cassette Unit (B).
   
3. Remove the two screws and remove the Middle Frame (A).

   Assembly / 組み立て

   When installing the Middle Frame (A), attach the two dowels of the frame to the two positioning holes of the Middle Frame (A).

4. Disconnect the cable (B) from the connector of the Cassette Detection Sensor (A).
   
5. Release the shorter hook on the Cassette Detection Sensor (A), then remove the Cassette Detection Sensor.
   
   

   Caution / 注意

   The length of the two hooks on the Cassette Detection Sensor (A) differs. When removing it, disengage the shorter hook (B) referring to the figure below.
