# ADF UNIT AFTER REPAIR ADJUSTMENT [D03]

1. Start service support mode.
   • Service mode startup and operating procedures
2. Select “ADF/SCN: MENU” from the service support mode top menu.

3. Select “Adjustment: MENU” from the ADF/SCN menu.

4. Select “ADF Unit After Repair Adjustment: MENU” from the Adjustment menu.

5. The following is performed.

   1. Shading Calibration (Back)
      • SHADING CALIBRATION (BACK) [D05]
   2. Density Adjustment
      
      • DENSITY CALIBRATION [D06]
   3. ADF Scan Position/ Scaling Calibration (600dpi)
      • ADF SCAN POSITION/ SCALING CALIBRATION (600DPI) [D07]
   4. ADF Scaling Calibration (300dpi)
      • ADF SCALING CALIBRATION (300DPI) [D08]
   5. ADF Counter Reset
6. The adjustment end screen appears. Press the [#] button to return to the menu screen
