CR PID underspeed error (error code: 000025)

Cause
  • When lower than the expected speed is detected

  • Initial operation of the CR Unit cannot be performed normally due to improper assembling of failure of the unit or dirt.

Suspected cause
  • Paper jam paper remaining
  • Foreign object remaining
  • APG Drive Unit assembly defect/failure
  • PF Encoder dirt/FFC assembly defect/failure
