Cause

Communication error when reading/writing data from the CRCM

Suspected cause
  • CRCM FFC detached
  • CRCM FFC disconnected/damaged
  • CRCM board failure
  • Main Board failure

Troubleshooting

Check the CRCM FFC connection state
Check that the FFC between the main board and CRCM board is connected correctly.

Go to step 2

 Reconnect the CRCM FFC.
2 Check whether the CRCM FFC is disconnected/damaged
Check that there is no disconnection between the main board and CRCM and that the connector parts are not bent up.		 Go to step 3 Replace the CRCM FFC.
3 Check the operation after reinstalling the CRCM board
Reinstall the CRCM board and check whether or not the error occurs. Does the error occur?

Replace the main board

 Replace the CRCM Board
