Overview

The product is equipped with a 298 GB HDD to spool copy or print data and to temporarily store print data for user authentication.

Caution / 注意

The customer’s personal information or confidential information may have been stored in the HDD. Take extra care in handling the information when repairing the HDD or when removing the product upon termination of the contract.
To completely erase all of the data on the HDD, make sure to use the all data erasing functions following the procedure described in this section.

If erasing data is impossible because the HDD is broken or other reason, take measures to prevent the information from being disclosed to third parties, such as crashing the HDD with the customer is present.
