Erasing All Data on the HDD

On the HDD, the data described in List of HDD partitions used is automatically stored and the customer may be unaware of it.
By using the HDD all data erasing functions, the customer’s administrator can completely erase the stored data before returning the product upon termination of the contract or disposing of the product. Once the all data erasing function is run, retrieving the data from the disposed product is impossible. Thus disclosure of the data can be prevented.

Caution / 注意

The erasing function can be run using the control panel menu. Tell the customer to run the menu, or run it by yourself with permission of the customer.
