CR PID lock error (error code: 000024)
Cause
- State in which load of CR motor exceeds expected load
- When rotated in the opposite direction to rotation direction
(There was a sudden load error, and the motor rotated in the opposite direction in reaction to it) - State in which load of motor exceeds expected load, and motor does not rotate at all
The carriage is unable to move away from the cap during initial filling because the inside of the cap remains in a negative pressure state due to ink suction failure.
Initial operation of the CR Unit cannot be performed normally due to improper assembling of failure of the unit or dirt.
Suspected cause
- Paper jam paper remaining
- Foreign object remaining
- CR lock lever failure (Inksystem Assy failure)
- CR main shaft lubrication shortage
- PG error
- CR encoder failure
- CR motor failure
- Main board failure (Motor driver failure)
Decompression Pump Unit assembly defect/failure (In case of occurrence during initial ink filling)
APG Drive Unit assembly defect/failure
PF Encoder dirt/FFC assembly defect/failure
