The standard range of the PG is as follows:

  • Standard: 1.60 ± 0.10 mm
Tools

Tools to be used in PG Adjustment are as below.

  • Thickness gauges for PG check (thickness: 1.42 mm/1.62 mm)
  • Teflon tape (part code: 1706715)
Flow of checking the PG
Step Items Remarks
1 Preparing the thickness gauge ---
2 Check the PG Check the PG, perform PG adjustment . If PG is within the specified range, finish the work.
3 Adjust the PG. If a stubby screwdriver is not available, the front housing must be removed from the printer body by performing "PG adjustment procedure" before making the Preparation for the PG adjustment in order to access the PG adjustment cam with a standard length screwdriver.
