  • Replace the Pickup Roller Assy in a set along with the Retard Roller of the Printer, and replace the Feed Roller of the Optional Paper Cassette in a set along with the Retard Roller and Separation Roller of the Optional Paper Cassette.

  • After replacing a part or component, make sure to start the printer in the Service Support Mode and run the menu provided for the replaced part or component.
