10 Acquire Debug Log

Acquires the debug log.

  • This is the menu for analyses of the internal processing log. Normally, it is not used. Used only when specially instructed.
  • “1002 Add the export configuration” and “1003 Reset the export configuration” normally are not used, so do not select either.
Procedure
  1. Start service support mode. (Starting Service Support Mode)
  2. Connect a USB memory to the USB port.

    • EM-C800 Series
    • EP-C800 Series
    Check Point / チェックポイント

    For EP-C800 Series, peel off the piece of tape on the USB port before connecting the USB memory.
  3. Select [10 Export Debug Log].
  4. Select [1001 Export Debug Log].
  5. Press [Execution].


    Caution / 注意

    While the log is being acquired, do not remove the USB memory or turn the power off.
