Adjustment pattern
Checking target
- A: 1st dot position misalignment, paper skew
- B: Printing start position misalignment
- C: Print Head Inclination Adjust failure
Judgment method
- A: Is the distance between the horizontal line and the top edge of the paper within 3±1.0 mm.
- B: Is the distance between the vertical line and the left edge of the paper within 3±1.5 mm.
- C: Are the upper and lower lines printed straightly inside the judgment area (inside the dotted line)?
Remedy
- A: Perform the Cassette PE Adj.
- C: Perform following adjustments in this order.
- 60126 Cassette Print Position Adj.
- 60128 Cassette PE Adj.
- C: Perform following adjustments in this order.
- 60115 Head Angular Adj. (H/W)
- 60116 Head Angular Adj. (S/W)
