Blowout of a fuse error (Head) (error code: 031006)

Cause

Occurs if the Printhead fuse has blown.

Suspected cause
  • Printhead failure
  • Head FFC inserted slanted
  • Main Board Assy failure

Check the head FFC state
For head FFC, check the following items.

  • Is head FFC is inserted slantly?
  • Is head FFC damaged?

Nozzle condition is excellent?

Go to step 2
  • When inserted slantly
    Reconnect the head FFC.
  • When damaged
    Replace the head FFC.

Replace the Printhead and the Main Board Assy.
Is the error continued after replacing the parts shown above?
