# 90203 Data Delete

1. Start service support mode. (Starting Service Support Mode)

2. Select [09 Data Transfer Function].
   
3. Select [902 Machine Swapping].
   
4. Select [90203 Data Delete].
   
5. Connect a USB memory to the USB port.
   
   
   • EM-C800 Series
     
   • EP-C800 Series
     

   Check Point / チェックポイント

   For EP-C800 Series, peel off the piece of tape on the USB port before connecting the USB memory.

6. Press [Start] to begin deletion of backup data.

   
   

   Caution / 注意

   While the backup data is being deleted, do not remove the USB flash drive or turn the power off.

7. If the following screen is displayed, turn off the power and remove the USB flash drive.

   
   

   Check Point / チェックポイント

   If an error is displayed during data restore, backup data will not be saved to the USB flash drive.
