103 Counter Information

Displays the life counter of the periodic replacement parts.

Note / 補足
  • In this menu, the life counter displays, and also the life counter can be reset as well.
    However, “Adjustment for Replacement Parts” has a menu in which necessary operations before and after replacement are packaged, and includes a counter reset. (Adjustment for Replacement Parts)
  • When the No. listed on the menu list is input using the [Direct number entry] screen, it transitions to the counter reset screen for the target menu.

Confirm and reset procedure
Counter information check
  1. Start the service support mode. (Starting Service Support Mode)
  2. Select [01 Printer Status Information].
  3. Select [103 Counter Information].
  4. Check the counter displayed.
Counter reset
  1. [103 Counter Information] screen is displayed, and press the counter item you wish to reset.
  2. Press [Yes] to reset the counter. If you press [No], it will return to the previous screen.
