Addition communication error 2 (error code:032152)

Cause
  • Occurs during communication data abnormality due to noise etc., or when the communication has not been established between the printer and the optional cassettes.
  • Occurs when changing the number of stages of optional cassettes while the power is on.
Suspected cause
  • Optional cassette connection part failure
  • Optional Paper Cassette Main Board failure
  • Main Board Assy failure

Check by replacing the optional cassette with a normal unit (which works normally). No error occurred?

Check the operation after reinstalling the Connection part of optional cassette
Replace the connection part of optional cassette with normal product and check operation. Did the error occur?

Replace the additional board unit
