PF PID excess load error (error code: 000041)
Cause
- State in which load of PF motor exceeds expected load
- When rotated in the opposite direction to rotation direction
(There was a sudden load error, and the motor rotated in the opposite direction in reaction to it) - State in which load of motor exceeds expected load, and motor does not rotate at all
Suspected cause
- Stacker incorrectly set
- Foreign object or jammed paper remaining
- Paper path damaged and feed roller worn out
- Gears locking due to foreign object
- PF gear train part damaged
- Maintenance Unit failure
- PF encoder failure
- PF motor failure
- Motor driver failure/main board failure
