PG Adjustment

  • The standard range of the PG is as follows:
    • 1.35±0.06 mm
  • Perform PG adjustment with the PG at the minimum (PG1) before attaching the CR scale.
Caution / 注意

Do not touch the CR scale during PR adjustment.
Tools to use

Tools to be used in PG Adjustment are as below.

  • Thickness gauge for PG adjustment
  • Teflon tape (part code: 1706715)
Flow of checking the PG
Step Items Remarks
1 Preparing the thickness gauge ---
2 Check the PG If the PG is not within the specified range as a result of PG Check, perform PG Adjustment. If PG is within the specified range, finish the work.
3 Preparation for the PG adjustment Check that the APG position is [PG1].
4 PG Adjustment Adjustment of Right PG Adjustment Lever (right side of printer) ---
5 Adjustment of Left PG Adjustment Lever (left side of printer)
