This chapter describes the information required when troubleshooting.
The functions used when troubleshooting is as follows.

| Printer Status Information | When fatal error occurs, latest error histories cannot be checked since the service status sheet cannot be printed. This function allows you to check the latest fatal error histories (printer fatal errors, ADF/SCN fatal errors) and system error histories. It is also possible to output a service status sheet. |
