# Printer Status Information

This printer allows you to check the current firmware version and the latest error histories when printing cannot be made due to Fatal Error or the like.

Types of the error history are as follows. Printer fatal error: the last 5 error histories and dates) Scanner fatal error: the last 5 error histories and dates) System error: the last 5 error histories and dates) If there is no error history, “---” is displayed.

#HOW TO CHECK THE PRINTER STATUS INFORMATION

1. Start the printer in the service mode. (Service mode startup and operating procedures)
2. Select “Printer Status Information” from service support mode top menu.
   
3. The printer status information is displayed as shown below.
   
4. When you select each item, the information is shown below.
