# Unlocking the CR Unit

#HOW TO UNLOCK USING SERVICE SUPPORT MODE

1. Start the printer in the service support mode.
   (See Service mode startup and operating procedures)
2. Select "CR unlock power off" from the service support mode top menu.
3. The CR Unit is unlocked and the printer turns off.

#HOW TO UNLOCK MANUALLY

1. Front Cover Assy.

2. Move the CR Unit to direction of arrow while pushing the CR Lock Lever (A) by hand.
