# Debug Log Get Mode:

Use only when an execution instruction is given, such as when an unknown trouble occurs. (To use this menu, give instructions individually from the person in charge of the EPSON Local Service Representatives, etc.) The saved log data is analyzed by Seiko Epson and used to elucidate abnormal operations and defects of products.

1. Boot up the printer in service support mode.
   • Service mode startup and operating procedures
