PW sensor light value adjust error (error code: 030002)

Cause

  • Occurs when the paper presence can not be detected even if the maximum light emission amount is increased in the adjustment of the light emission amount.

Suspected cause
  • PW sensor failure
  • Main Board Assy failure
Troubleshooting
Step Check and measure Yes No

Check the PW Sensor FFC connection state
Check that the PW sensor FFC is properly connected.

 Go to step 2

Reassemble
2 Check the operation after reinstalling the Main board
Replace the main board with normal product and check operation. Did the error occur?

Replace the PW sensor

If the error occurred, replace the Main Board Assy.
