Occurs if the specified paper cassette is determined to be not attached.

Check the paper cassette insertion state

Check that the paper cassette is correctly inserted.

Go to step 2

Reinsert the paper cassette.

Check the paper cassette

Check that the paper cassette is not damaged.

 If the error did not occur, go to step 3.

Replace the paper cassette.

Check the Paper cassette detection sensor

Perform an Service Support Mode and make sure that there is no sensor output error.

  • 30202 Sensor/30302 Sensor

If the error occurred, replace the Main Board Assy.
(If the problem persists, contact EPSON Local Service Representatives)

Replace the paper cassette detection sensor.
