  • Incorrect calculation results for ink cartridge control
Suspected cause
  • The settings made in “Main board After Parts Replacement” of “Adjustment for Replacement Parts” are not correct
  • Failure of ROM Board on the Main Board
  • Failure of SOC on the Main Board
  • Damage to storage area on the Main Board
