Error occurrence condition

Displayed when it is detected that there is no paper in the cassette at the start of printing.

Check the paper loading state

Check that the paper is correctly loaded in the cassette.

Go to step 2

Reload the paper.

Check the paper detection sensor lever

Check that the paper detection sensor lever is not damaged.

 If the error did not occur, go to step 3.

Replace the paper detection sensor lever.

Check the paper detection sensor

Perform an Service Support Mode and make sure that there is no sensor output error.

  • 30202 Sensor/30302 Sensor

If the error occurred, replace the Main Board Assy.
